MFX Manpower Oy is part of MEGA FLEX Group. MFX Manpower Oy is our registered name in Finland. We use the name MEGA FLEX name, as our clients knows us by that name.

MEGA FLEX A/S was founded in 1989 by Kim Bang, and for more than 25 years the head office has been in Frederiksværk.

Initially, MEGA FLEX A/S was principally engaged with tasks associated with the Danish Steel Works in Frederiksværk.

In the early 1990s, the business expanded rapidly. There were more and more construction jobs and Johnny Hviid, our current Associate Director, took responsibility for the growing number of construction projects.

In 2006, the process of ISO certification was begun and MEGA FLEX A/S has now been ISO 9001 (Danish Standard) and DS/OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety) certified since 2008. We also meet the high standards of SELLIHCA. This certification provides, among other things, access to industrial tasks at power plants throughout Scandinavia.

In 2007, MEGA FLEX A/S received the status of a Gazelle company for the second year in a row. That happened again in 2015 and 2016. The Gazelle prize is given to only the fastest growing companies in Denmark. One of the special requirements of Gazelle companies is that revenue over a four-year period must be at least doubled.

Over time we have grown to become a nationwide provider in the supply of staff and manpower assistance with branches in Hillerød, Glostrup, Aalborg, Viby, Nykøping Falster and Aarhus, and with more locations on the way, MEGA FLEX is looking very positively toward the future.

2017 was important year concerning international expansion. MEGA FLEX A/S opened MFX Manpower Oy in Finland and through MFX Manpower Oy, MEGA FLEX started to operate through out Scandinavian countries.
